Engineering - Computer

Computer and software engineering involves developing new software and hardware for computers by combining the skills of both electronic engineering and computer science. They design, produce and test programmes, networks, chips, and processors.

This course covers topics such as computer design principles, data communications, electronic manufacturing systems, computer hardware and software, and image and sound processing. Practical work includes the design and implementation of hardware, software and integrated systems, fault finding, and the use of software packages for design and analysis.

Working in Finland will no doubt be 'cool'.... or chilly at least. CRH have completely supported me for the MBA which is very encouraging. I have travelled around the globe with the MBA class, meeting business executives from various industries and seeing first hand the problems and challenges involved in doing business globally.

Of course we did have some time off, the four weeks in South America were particularly enjoyable. Other 'cool' stuff with the job are opportunities to travel and work in some very interesting countries.
